Opening the coffee bar was a small but meaningful step for IM CAKE.
We started with birthday cakes, then gradually added bread, desserts and drinks.
Coffee made the shop feel more complete.
1. Why coffee now?
For years, one of the most common questions from customers was:
“Do you have coffee?”
Once we had bread, scones and desserts, coffee felt like a natural next step.
2. What should you try first?
If it is your first IM CAKE coffee, a latte is an easy place to start.
It is smooth and works well with bread and scones.
If you prefer something cleaner and without milk, choose an Americano.
3. What changed when the coffee bar opened?
Before, a visit might simply be:
buy a cake → take it home.
Now it can be:
bread or dessert + coffee → sit for a while → continue your day.
We want the shop to be more than a pickup point.
4. A small brand milestone
This is a brand archive note, not a staged story about a crowded opening day.
What mattered to us was simple:
coffee allowed baking and everyday moments to happen in the same place.

Of course.
You do not need to order a cake or a full meal.
