This season, we grouped three comforting sweet breads together: ube, red bean and coconut.

They are all gentle flavors, but each one feels very different.

1. Ube: smooth and mellow

Ube has a naturally sweet, soft and dense texture.

It is a good choice if you prefer flavors that are gentle rather than intense.

Pair it with a light tea or a less-sweet drink and it stays nicely balanced.

2. Red bean: a familiar classic

Red bean is one of the easiest flavors to enjoy.

When the sweetness is kept under control, the bean flavor stays clear without feeling heavy.

It is a safe first choice if you are new to our bread selection.

3. Coconut: light but aromatic

Coconut is more about fragrance than sweetness.

A good coconut bread feels creamy but still fresh, and it pairs easily with iced milk tea or coffee.

4. Which one should you try first?

For the safest choice: red bean.

For something smooth and mellow: ube.

For a lighter bread with more aroma: coconut.

All three rotate in our Bread section. If you want a specific one held for you, contact us at least a day ahead.
