In Manila’s heat, travel time, road conditions and refrigeration can all affect the cake.
1. Full address
For condos, include the building or tower, unit, street, barangay if needed, and city.
For offices, include the company, floor and reception or receiving point.
2. Delivery time window
“As fast as possible” is less useful than:
“Please arrive between 3:00 and 3:30 PM.”
3. Cake size and structure
Cakes 10 inches and above, tall cakes and two-tier cakes need more flat, stable transport space.
4. Refrigeration after arrival
If the cake will not be served immediately, check refrigerator space or air-conditioning at the venue.
5. Who will receive the cake?
Provide the number of someone who is on site and able to answer the phone.

FAQ: Can I request delivery at an exact minute?
You can give us a preferred time, but traffic can affect exact arrival. A reasonable delivery window is more practical.
