The biggest problem with a first custom cake order is usually not choosing the design.

It is sending the information in separate messages over a long conversation.

If you prepare the key details first, the process becomes much faster.

1. Guest count and cake size

Start with an estimated number of guests.

Then choose 6, 8, 10 inches or larger.

If there are several other desserts, you may be able to go smaller. If the cake is the main dessert, leave a little extra room.

2. Theme, main color and style

Instead of saying:

“I want a pink cake.”

Try giving us:

  • main color: soft pink / cream pink
  • style: simple / cute / vintage
  • elements: ribbon / flowers / bear
  • avoid: gold / too many toppers / neon colors

Specific details make the final cake much easier to plan.

3. The message on the cake

Send the exact wording you want us to use.

For example:

  • Happy Birthday Mia
  • Happy 5th Birthday
  • Love You Mom

Check names, numbers and capitalization before confirming.

4. Reference images

A reference image is useful for understanding style, but it should not automatically mean an exact copy.

Different bakeries use different materials, cream, sizes and construction methods.

The best approach is to tell us which parts of the reference image you like most.

5. Pickup or delivery

Please confirm:

  • date
  • preferred pickup or delivery time
  • pickup or delivery
  • delivery address
  • contact number for the receiver

We currently deliver to selected Metro Manila areas including:

Makati, Pasay, BGC (Taguig) and Mandaluyong.

FAQ: Can I order by sending only a reference image?

You can start with the image, but we will still need:

  • guest count / size
  • flavor
  • date
  • cake message
  • pickup or delivery method

Those details are needed for a proper quote and production schedule.
